We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes earlier than usual to allow for entry procedures. While there may be a line, it will move quickly, as we’re committed to efficiently and safely processing all guests. 

Please be aware of the following security measures in place to help us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

• All patrons are subject to metal detectors, wanding, and bag searches upon entry.
• Please be sure that your bag meets our Bag Policy requirements which can be located here.
•  Weapons of any kind, illegal substances, outside food and drinks, and any items that may disrupt the experience for other fans or artists are strictly prohibited.
• Professional photography gear (cameras with detachable lenses or larger than a standard shirt pocket), as well as video and audio recording devices, are not permitted unless you have pre-approved press credentials.
