– All patrons who choose to bring bags into an event must abide by the clear bag policy

– Clear Bags may be no larger than 12”x6”x12”If patrons do not have a clear bag, they may bring in a gallon-sized freezer bag

– Palm-sized clutch purses or wallets do not need to abide by clear bag policy – Non-clear medical bags are permitted and subject to inspection

– Diaper bags are permitted if entering with a child but are subject to inspection

– Backpacks, fanny packs, printed pattern bags, reusable grocery bags, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, or large totes (larger than 12’x6’x12”) are NOT permitted

– If your bag gets turned away at the gate due to not following clear bag policy, you will need to return it to your vehicle, as we have no area to store it

We ask that our patrons do not wear biker cuts or colors.

The box office is only open on event days and opens one hour prior to door time.

You can purchase tickets online at any time at revelabq.com or at our venue box office day of show.

We encourage you to also follow the artist’s pages as they often run their own promotions.

Any event can be seated or general admission standing, please check your ticket to confirm.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled or postponed. Ticket insurance is optional at checkout for an additional fee.

Generally, Revel allows re-entry, but you must present your ticket again and subject to another security check. Any shows that do not permit re-entry will be clearly indicated at the door.

We will try to share set times on our social media channels the day of the show.

All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted throughout the entire facility, however cash is not accepted inside the concert venue. Cash is accepted in Draft Day, Lobby Bar and Backstage at Revel.

There is one ATM on site which can be found in the Lobby Bar.

The dueling piano concept has been replaced with live and local music talent of all genres. Our attempt is to showcase the local music talent while giving our visitors a variety to enjoy.

Patrons will not need to show and ID to enter the venue, but an ID will be required for Will Call tickets and to purchase alcoholic drinks.

Vertical IDs are only accepted if accompanied by a temporary ID.

Smoking inside is prohibited but we have designated smoking areas.

The venue is ADA compliant and we have an elevator to access the mezzanine. Accessible seating for people with disabilities is available.

Please call to request a sign interpreter no less than 4 weeks prior to the event. Services are not guaranteed but we will make every effort to accommodate each request.

We keep lost and found items for 30 days. If you think you left something behind, please come in person to claim it.

If a show is cancelled, tickets will be refunded. If a show is postponed, your tickets will remain valid for the newly scheduled date.

We do not offer gift certificates.

We are an all ages venue but every person attending will be required to have a ticket, including children. If an event has any age restrictions it will be clearly indicated on the ticketing page.

Yes, everyone attending an event must purchase a ticket, including children.
