Know Before You Go!

Get the inside scoop on what to expect at Revel! Whether you're here for exciting activities or unforgettable moments, we’ve got the tips you need to make the most of your time and have the best experience possible.
Before You Arrive

To ensure a smooth entry, please make sure your ticket is ready before heading to the venue. You can either print it out or have the digital version ready on your phone, with screen brightness turned up. This will help avoid delays at the door.

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the box office, located on the south side of the building. A photo ID is required for pickup. We recommend bringing your confirmation email as well.

Please double-check the date and time on your ticket, especially if the artist has multiple performances, to make sure you’re attending the correct event.

In case of any changes or updates to the event, ticketholders will be notified via email as soon as possible.

Parking at the venue is limited, so we strongly encourage using rideshare options. For certain limited shows, Uber vouchers are available—be sure to check for availability and take advantage of the convenience! Revel Ride also offers a $10 Uber credit for concertgoers for easy access to the venue.

For your safety, all patrons are subject to metal detectors, wanding, and bag searches upon entry.

We take security seriously, and recommend arriving at least 30 minutes earlier than usual to allow for entry procedures. While there may be a line, it will move quickly, as we’re committed to efficiently and safely processing all guests.

Please note: weapons of any kind, illegal substances, outside food and drinks, and any items that may disrupt the experience for other fans or artists are strictly prohibited.

Professional photography gear (cameras with detachable lenses or larger than a standard shirt pocket), as well as video and audio recording devices, are not permitted unless you have pre-approved press credentials.

To comply with our clear bag policy, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Clear bags must be no larger than 12”x6”x12”.
  • If you don’t have a clear bag, you may use a gallon-sized freezer bag.
  • Small, palm-sized clutch purses or wallets do not need to be clear.
  • Non-clear medical bags are allowed but subject to inspection.
  • Diaper bags are permitted if entering with a child, but will also be subject to inspection.
  • Not allowed: Backpacks, fanny packs, printed-pattern bags, reusable grocery bags, mesh/straw bags, duffle bags, or large totes (larger than 12”x6”x12”).

If your bag is not compliant with the clear bag policy, you’ll need to return it to your vehicle, as we do not have storage available.
